Guidelines for the investment criteria are:
- Located in Western Australia
- Addressing a significant and compelling business need
- Fast-growth segment and market size enabling better than 10x return in 4-8 years
- Validation from lead customers
- Protectable technology or business model with which to leverage a return
- "Coachable" and qualified management team
- Reasonable exit in 4-8 years
- Business seeking is from $250k in equity capital
- Angel investors expect >10% equity

The application normally costs AUD$150 to submit but for a limited time Free.
The completed application form is reviewed by a pre-screening committee made up of angel investors, those of interest will be invited to present to the screening committee and the top ranked businesses will be invited to present at our Breakfast meeting.
This process will typically take 1-3 months – see an overview in the Deal Process Flowchart.
